Most professional learning fades within a few weeks of the workshop. Implementation support is how we make sure yours does not. After a session we return, on site and virtually, to see the strategies in use, answer the questions that only come up once teachers are trying something new, and adjust the plan with your leadership team.
Support can include follow-up visits, virtual check-ins between visits, coaching for teacher leaders who will carry the work forward, and progress reviews with administrators so everyone can see what is taking hold and where more support is needed.
