A workshop introduces a strategy. Coaching is where it becomes a habit. Our instructional partners work alongside the classroom teacher during real lessons, modeling the strategy with the teacher’s own students, observing, and offering specific feedback the same day.
Coaching cycles are planned with the teacher and the administrator so the focus stays on the goals set during professional learning. Cycles can be delivered on site or virtually, and they work equally well for new teachers, veteran teachers trying a new approach, and instructional coaches building their own practice.
